Abstract

Legal Innovation Lab Wales is a capital and revenue funded ERDF operation. The total project value is £5.6M, supported by WEFO (£4M) and Swansea University (£1.6M). The funding targets the development of a defined, bespoke and niche research facility located within the Hillary Rodham Clinton School of Law at Swansea University, as well as the appointment of a project team and research staff [If the requirement is being funded/part-funded by a grant it is important reference any grant conditions that will assist the supplier. Underpinned by the concept of theory-based evaluation, inception and mid-term evaluations are being commissioned during the early stages of an operation. In order to deliver this, evaluations are being commissioned as a baseline from which to measure progress against through an interim formative evaluation and longer term outcomes and impacts through a summative evaluation.
