- Undertaking regular annual appraisal, CDP and GMC revalidation processes either through the Faculty of Occupational Medicine or other accredited system with a responsible officer.

- Experience and knowledge of the Healthcare Environment.

- Leading and managing an Occupational Health Service provision.

- Knowledge and competence in Practitioner Health.

- Assessing medical students or doctors.

- Registered on Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO)
