The system has been fully implemented for a number of years and provides a number of functions including to develop and implement national education solutions in the form of Welsh National Guidelines and Standards, providing dashboards and tools for clinical leaders, managers and commissioners to manage implementations of bespoke interventions, such as national clinical guidelines, large-scale education programmes, quality improvement, and patient support apps. ICST also provide sharing the learning through publishing and presenting at national and international conferences on what has been created, delivered and achieved in Wales. It should be noted that ICST advise that they own the intellectual property rights to the platform and service.
