Abstract

The main objective of this contract is to appoint a provider of commercial removal and relocation services. The project is to carry three aspects of the of the relocation project: •The move of the Commission’s range of effects to include filing, furniture, ICT equipment and materials, staff’s belongings and ad hoc items from its current premises in Crown Building, Plas Crug, Aberystwyth. •The move of the Commission’s specialist library and enquiries service, including publications, furniture, service records •The removal and disposal of redundant items from the vacated accommodation at Plas Crug. In relation to Relocation 2015, the Contractor may be expected to: •Carry out the removal of all staff from the Commission move with minimal downtime for office staff. This includes all personal effects, desktop IT and filing; •Provide removal insurance; •Provide lidded crates for the packing of the contents of the Library. Removal of these crates. •Pack, move and unpack the contents of the IT schedule •Move furniture; •Provide post move support to attend the new building following each move for snagging and overall assistance;

Title

Supply of Relocation Services to the Royal Commission

Description of the goods or services required
