Cardiff University, School of Optometry has a requirement for Cardiff Acuity Preferential Looking Cards. X 350 designed specifically for acuity measurement in toddlers aged 1 to 3 years. The Cardiff Acuity Test can also be used for older children or adults with intellectual impairment. Variably described, ‘Cardiff Acuity Test’ Standard NOT reduced or Low Vision Cardiff cards. Requirement - Cardiff Acuity Preferential Looking Cards. The requirement is for X 350, or as close to this amount for the Maximum budget of £150,150 inclusive of VAT. We require the delivery of these Acuity cards by 31st March 2019. Please state how this can be achieved, specifying delivery lead times and schedules from date of order.
