Pobl Group wishes to appoint a supplier to support our colleagues delivering our services, we have a digital-first approach and it is imperative that our colleagues have access to the right tools – data, technology and connectivity – to achieve this.
With the recent launch of the Pobl People Strategy and Pobl Ambitions a new, fresh focus is required for learning and development across Pobl. Both the strategy and ambitions set many exciting challenges and as an organisation we need to ensure we are providing support for all colleagues to upskill and development their knowledge, so that they are competent and confident in their current roles and have clarity of how they develop onto their next career move.
We want our colleagues to know that we will invest in them both professionally and personally so they can build a great career at Pobl and our Talent Development system will underpin this goal.
The coming year/s will see a shift away from prescribed learning, where the focus has been primarily on the delivery of mandatory modules, either via e learning or traditional classroom sessions. To a Talent development approach, where the learner is given greater empowerment, where self—directed learning allows colleagues to create their own learning journey enhancing their skills and knowledge for both today and their future career.
Our Talent Management system should provide an outstanding user experience, be seamless and automated from point of on-boarding through their career with Pobl. The user experience should be user friendly, visual, intuitive, and simple.
