These services will complement established regional long term construction contracts and a variety of one off development projects over the contract term. Projects will be awarded to appointed Employers Agents on a rotational basis.

Wales & West Housing is undertaking this procurement exercise on behalf of itself and its wholly owned subsidiaries (i) Enfys Developments Limited and (ii) Castell Homes Limited. All tender costs and liabilities incurred by bidders shall be the sole responsibility of bidders. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to annul part or all of the tendering process and not award some or all of the Contracts.
Each Lot will be evaluated and awarded as up to 3 no. separate Contract appointments.
All documents to be priced in GBP an all payments made in GBP.
Bidders should note that they will be required to enter into terms and conditions of contract (Terms) which are as set out in the Invitation to Tender documentation.
