The Contract covers the provision of Electrical (Rewires, Testing, Heating, Servicing and Detectors) with the value of the Contract to be paid through the purchase of Goods and Services from the successful Bidder/s. Total quantity or scope of tender

Our contractor partner must provide a 24 hour, 7 days a week, year-round, fully comprehensive responsive repairs and emergency electrical service for CCHA’s properties. Small numbers of ad hoc electrical testing and rewires to be completed upon request.

Our contractor partner must be responsible for the correct maintenance and adjustment of all components such that electrical systems are kept in proper working order to the manufacturer’s specification and to meet appropriate electrical regulations and guidance notes.
