Evaluation of 'Boosting the Social Economy in Carmarthenshire'

Description of the goods or services required

Cwmpas wishes to appoint an external Contractor to provide an independent evaluation of the ‘Boosting the Social Economy in Carmarthenshire’ project delivery. Cwmpas wishes to engage a trusted and reliable contractor who has the capacity, resources, and range of skills to meet the requirements of this work.

It is anticipated that the contract will commence in April 2024 and will be completed by the 6th December 2024.

Minimum standards and qualification required

Key requirements for bidders are as follows:

• Available resources and a track record of delivering similar services (references may be required).

• Experience of undertaking evaluations for funded projects and presenting those evaluations in a format suitable for dissemination to stakeholders.

• Knowledge and understanding of social businesses and the social economy in Wales and, ideally, Carmarthenshire.
