Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire local authorities are seeking to set up a framework of providers for the delivery of qualifying training to staff employed in adult and children’s social care services across the West Wales region. Utilising a Dynamic Purchasing System for the establishment of such a Framework will permit the provision of services by a wider range of suitable suppliers, ensuring high quality delivery of statutory training to local authority staff.
