Description of the goods or services required
PQQ for the renovation and refurbishment of an existing facility for individuals with high support needs to provide four self contained living units including one to be DDA compliant together with ancillary staff accommodation and ancillary amenity space. Renovation and refurbishment of a standalone barn to provide additional activity space with toilet. External works to provide disabled access to building and to resurface access lane together with external lighting.
