Title
Rural Futures Project Tender for Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Work
|

Description of the goods or services required
Severn Wye would like to invite tenders from suitable contractors or consortia to support the monitoring and evaluation of the Big Lottery Funded, Rural Futures Project over the course of its seven year period. This includes:
1. Developing an overall monitoring evaluation and learning framework
2. Collecting and amalgamating baseline data
3. Annual Reports
4. Interim Workshops
5. Final project conference and report
We would like to appoint a suitably qualified consultant to the support the project evidence its impact and the benefits for 20-30 rural communities supported by the project through:
1. The iterative learning of the Rural Futures team itself, supported by the appointed monitoring, evaluation and learning contractor. This will be an opportunity to challenge and refine the approach over the 7 year period.
2. Supporting local community groups in their approach to self-evaluation, and reflection - leading to a deeper understanding of the issues and what works locally.
3. Capturing the impact on the attitudes and approaches of intermediary groups supporting each of the participating communities.
4. Assessing the overall impact of the programme.
