Provision of an architectural led multi-disciplined design team to provide design proposals up to the end of RIBA Stage 3 on 4 separate building works contracts to the combined approximate value of £7 million at Saundersfoot Harbour.

Total quantity or scope of tender
It is anticipated that an architectural led multi-disciplined design team will be appointed to provide design proposals up to the end of RIBA Stage 3 proposals on 4 separate building works contracts (each project will be a separate appointment) with the combined approximate construction value of £7 million at Saundersfoot Harbour with immediate commencement, the construction projects are programmed for completion before 2020.
• The Marine Centre of Excellence (£3,000,000.00 Approx. Construction Value)
• Ocean Square Heritage & Arts Centre (£2,500,000.00 Approx. Construction Value)
• Coastal Schooner (£1,000,000.00 Approx. Construction Value)
• National Events Deck (£700,000.00 Approx. Construction Value)
The clients budget for this commission is in the region of £115,000.00 (exc. VAT). It is anticipated that this commission will commence in August 2017 and complete April 2018 (subject to planning approval timescales)
