Abstract

Conwy County Borough Council require a Ground Investigation and Structural Survey to be undertaken in Penrhyn Bay. These surveys are required to inform the detailed design of an upgrade to the existing coastal defence and public realm infrastructure in this location. The survey will take place both landward and seaward of the seawall, therefore there will be an element of tidal working involved. The form of Contract for this Scheme will be the NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contract Option B, June 2017. The works will be undertaken for the total lump sum provided in the Bill of Quantities.

The form of Contract for this Scheme will be the NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contract Option B, June 2017. The works will be undertaken for the total lump sum provided in the Bill of Quantities.
