The contractor will support a programme to enhance the way the Welsh Government listens to, and works with, service users and carers; and provide guidance to organisations in Wales around best practice, with a view to supporting more consistency in approach.
As part of the contract, the contractor will be required to support the development of national guidance; to support the National Mental Health Service User and Carer Forum; to coordinate the voice of service users in Wales and to promote Diversity and Equality in Mental Health Policy.
