Mae’r contract hwn ar gyfer comisiynu gwerthusiad o gynlluniau a gyllidwyd gan Lywodraeth Cymru ac a weithredwyd gan y Coleg Cymraeg Cenedlaethol i hyrwyddo’r Gymraeg fel pwnc dros y cyfnod 2018/19–2021/22.

Gwahoddir ceisiadau gan gwmnïau addas i lunio adroddiad sy’n gwerthuso’r cynlluniau hyn ac yn cynnig argymhellion ar gyfer datblygu cynlluniau pellach i hyrwyddo’r Gymraeg fel pwnc.

Bydd gofyn i’r contractwr llwyddiannus:

- gynnal ymchwil pen desg i feithrin dealltwriaeth o sefyllfa gyfredol y pwnc er mwyn gallu cyd-destunoli’r cynlluniau cyfredol
