3 Conditions for Participation

Minimum standards and qualification required

Successful bids will provide practical evidence of the following:

Project management experience including managing budgets

Experience of undertaking desk research

Experience of event management and organizing and facilitating workshops and discussions

Experience of a co-design approach to developing plans or tools

Experience of relationship management and supporting communications, including working and communicating effectively with a range of stakeholders

An understanding of working with indigenous languages

Proficiency in Welsh language skills (Understanding, Reading, Writing, Speaking)

International experience and of working with diverse cultures and minority languages

A good understanding of the arts in Wales

The capacity to begin the work quickly and to work intensively to meet deadlines

Representing good value for money
