NWSSP Laundry Services invites qualified suppliers to submit proposals for the provision and installation of Six 50kg steam batch dryers at Llansamlet Laundry Facility. These dryers are to be installed before March 2024. The project also includes the installation of a shuttle system to feed all the dryers from the Continuous Batch Washer (CBW) at the laundry with an optional extra of an automatic lint removal system.

II.2.4) Description of the procurement
The existing main steam line in the Llansamlet Laundry was installed in the 1980s, it is in poor condition and corroded due to this the boilers in the laundry cannot be utilised at full capacity. The steam line currently runs under 7Bar meaning there is a loss of efficiency on plant machinery.
