Abstract

Conwy County Borough Council wishes to establish a Framework Agreement for the provision of temporary workers in a wide range of functional areas across the Authority. The Framework Agreement supply will be for: - Lot 1: Administration. Lot 2: Manual and Frontline Support. Lot 3: Professional and Specialist (divided in to Sub-Lots): Lot 3.A: Social Work and Health. Lot 3.B: Technical. Lot 3.C: Specialist Officers. Lot 3.D:Management Professionals. Lot 4: Catering. A maximum of 6 Suppliers are sought for each Lot / Sub-Lot. Recruitment Services - Lot 1a - lot 2 Are you looking for a managed service framework for all of the Lots or could we tender for the 2 lots detailed above? Also can you let me know your most recent spend information for lot 1a and lot 2. Response: - No – the Authority wishes to deal directly with Suppliers who are successful in tendering for this Framework Agreement. However, Suppliers can tender for any Lots, Sub-Lots or combination of Lots. For the full financial year 2012/13 (latest available full year figures) circa £500k was spent on Lot 1 type workers and circa £1.7m was spent on Lot 2 type workers.
