Flintshire County Council is inviting tenders from suitably experienced organisations capable of providing a Telecare emergency alarm system and 24 hour telephone support for the Council. The specification is split across 3 service requirements: A. Social Alarm and Telecare 24/7 monitoring services; B. Provision of an out of hours emergency answering service C. Mobile Response Service. Flintshire County Council currently operates 70 sheltered housing developments across the county, consisting of 2613 units. Please review the “Items” tab (Tender stage only) and the Documents tab (PQQ and Tender stages) as there will be information relating to the project held here.
