Trivallis are seeking to appoint an experienced contractor to construct a single storey rear extension with associated gardens works, along with a hardstanding and front access ramp and associated works at 42 Coedglas, Penywaun, located within the Rhondda Cynon Taff area.
The works will be carried out at properties owned by Trivallis, situated in the geographical area of the Rhondda Cynon Taff.
This tender exercise is intended to assist Trivallis in selecting a single, suitable partner to deliver the required works and services.
