Trivallis are seeking to appoint an experienced contractor to undertake a single storey front extension and associated external lift works 251 Fernhill, Mountain Ash, CF45 3EL, within the county borough of Rhondda Cynon Taff.
The works will be carried out at properties owned by Trivallis, situated in the geographical area of the Rhondda Cynon Taff.
This tender exercise is intended to assist Trivallis in selecting a single, suitable partner to deliver the required works and services.

Under the terms of this contract the successful supplier(s) will be required to deliver Community Benefits in support of the authority’s economic and social objectives.
