This contract involves refurbishment and structural alterations works at Bryneglwys Community Centre. We are inviting contractors to submit a fixed priced sum for this work. We also require them to complete the tender evaluation methodology. Please refer to the tender instructions.The works involve these trades listed below;

- asbestos removal

- roofing works

- leadwork

- strip out / demolitions

- structural openings

- joinery

- plastering

- mechanical

- electrical

- kitchen installation

- floor installation

- decoration

- groundworks / drainage
