WRAP wish to commission a scoping study to map the current re-use activity across Wales. The contractor will also need to analyse gathered information to identify key opportunities to develop the sector and the challenges and barriers that would need to be addressed in developing the sector.

The scope of work covers re-use and preparation for re-use of items for consumers or businesses across the third, public and private/commercial sectors. The scope excludes online exchange sites, car boot sales, etc. and private give away (i.e. to family & friends). Organisations operating in Wales with head offices elsewhere are to be included.
