Abstract

The School of Engineering requires a comprehensive image processing software for converting 3D image data into robust and accurate computational models for bio-medical analysis. This software will be used for high quality surface and volume mesh generation that will be exported to simulation (FE/CFD) and will need to robustly integrate CAD and Image based models in the same environment. The software must also enable our researchers to script the whole software to enable automation of processes, standardization and integration of external software/code to generate user defined processes and workflows. In addition to the software, The School of Engineering are seeking a company that can provide excellent local training, swift technical support and an opportunity for research collaboration.
