Cardiff and Vale College are looking to outsource their IT Services Department.
The managed service will be responsible for all aspects of IT within the college e.g. all IT Infrastructure, devices and software; 1st, 2nd and 3rd line user and technical support; asset management; backup solution; VOIP; mobile device
management and printing.
It is really important to the college that the new IT Services Department has an outstanding customer satisfaction from staff and students while providing value for money.
The College is looking for flexible working hours to meet the needs of the business ensuring there is an out of core business hours service for key services/systems.
