The Contractor shall carry out across Cardiff & Vale University Health Board sites
maintenance & servicing for the Uninterruptable Power Supply (UPS) systems and Emergency lighting battery backup system
minor repairs such as tightening joints, replacement of bolts, screws, to ensure completeness of equipment and make appliances safe.
Two service visits shall be completed in every twelve month period at no more than six months apart.
The maintenance shall include for the Annual Inspection Testing of all UPS to comply with maintenance sheets.
The Contractor shall ensure that all maintenance works are carried out in strict accordance with the manufacturers requirements and recommendations.
