The Development Bank of Wales (‘DBW’) is seeking to appoint a company to undertake a review and report on what has been achieved by Angels Invest Wales (‘AIW’) since its launch, as well as to make recommendations on future activity. The recommendations from the external review will be utilised by DBW to determine performance against original goals, ongoing value for money through the service and any recommendations for future enhancements to the programme.
