Invitation to Tender - Advertising for Keep Wales Tidy, Caru Cymru, Fly-Tipping Litter Campaign

Description of the goods or services required

In November 2022 Keep Wales Tidy will launch a National Fly-tipping campaign.

Working alongside all local authorities in Wales, Welsh Government and Fly Tipping Action Wales to promote the campaign. We will be using research that we have captured independently on waste behaviours in Wales, to target not only social housing tenants in the new year, but firstly student tenants around university areas where Fly-tipping may be a concern.

With our campaign messaging, we hope to reach those harder to reach student communities and educate them on correct waste behaviours and urge them to do the right thing.

This campaign forms part of the Caru Cymru programme - an ambitious movement working alongside all local authorities across Wales, designed to improve the quality of our environment through a focus on reducing litter and waste.

We are looking for a specialist agency who can compile and deliver a robust package of outdoor and audio advertising opportunities to efficiently reach the student audience.
