To refurbish and re purpose existing spaces to create new bespoke prayer room facilities, including wc and washroom facilities. Including mechanical and electrical works.

Total quantity or scope of tender

To refurbish and repurpose existing spaces to create 2no bespoke prayer room facilities, including wc and washroom facilities. Including mechanical and electrical works.

Works to include the design and installation of drainage systems for both new prayer facilities.

To reposition existing corridor double doors, including making good.

To create a larger door opening and install new doors.

Areas to be worked in are: H026/H027/H030/H030a/H030b/H032/H033/Corridor Z02

3 Conditions for Participation

3.1

Minimum standards and qualification required

Fulfill the requirements of the project in full;

Provide the information as requested in the quality assessment criteria. Robust and full answers must be provided;

Meet the critical programme deadline;

Hold the relevant level of insurances, as stipulated and provide evidence of;

Undertake a site visit;

Fully price the tender as stipulated in the Schedule of rates.

Your tender submission must be uploaded to the Sell2Wales portal Postbox.

Your submission must be received by the closing time and date of midday, Friday 8th December 2023.

You should allow adequate time for the loading of your documents so as to ensure receipt as the postbox will electronically close at the deadline time and no further submissions will be accepted.
