Your submission deadline is approaching in a few days
Dear supplier candidate,
Let me just remind you that the submission deadline for your tender on the Proposal Writing Support (framework agreement) is fast approaching. It is on Thursday morning next week December 16th, at 09:30 AM UK time. Please prepare your proposal and make sure to submit it in time. Late submissions can sadly not be accepted. Please give yourself a generous margin for technical struggles related to the Sell2Wales portal. When you manage to submit successfully, you should receive an automated confirmation message saying that from the Sell2Wales portal.
Best regards,

Do you want to send us your proposal with ID 106197? Then please DISPATCH it!
Dear Supplier candidates,
We are happy that tenders have begun to drop into our postbox. And we have one potential problem: the Submission with ID 106197 has not been properly Dispatched. Please check if it is yours. This Submission was created today 15/12/2021 at 10:24:21 UK time. You may believe that by clicking Submit all is well and done, but that is sadly NOT the case. You also MUST find and click a DISPATCH button somewhere on your tender in this Sell2Wales portal. If you do not Dispatch it, all your work is in vain and I will be unable to access your tender. If you do not want to tender, that is of course OK, but I would then kindly ask you to instead Withdraw Your Interest. Please call the Sell2Wales helpdesk if you struggle to find the Dispatch button. I know it can be difficult to locate. If you manage to Dispatch your submission properly, you will receive an e-mail confirming that you have successfully done so.
We apologize for the hassle, but if your submission has ID 106197 you do need to fix this before the deadline tomorrow morning. The best time is right now, while the Sell2Wales support is still open. If you are unable to sort this out, please call me at +46709397774.
Best regards,
Patrik Pettersson
