Cadwyn Clwyd wishes to engage the services of suitably qualified providers to undertake the functions of accountancy services and payroll services.

Please also provide details of the individual(s) involved in preparing the financial statements and providing any accountancy advice and list their qualifications. Consideration must also be given to Equal Opportunities and Welsh Language in the provision of the service. This section carries 80% weighting of the score ii. Value for Money – this will include breakdown of costs as detailed in section 7 below and detail of service to be provided. This section carries 20% weighting of the score
