It is Wales’ first tenant and employee mutual housing association. Merthyr Valleys Homes is looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced consultant to undertake a tenant satisfaction survey using the STAR methodology for tenants living in Merthyr Tydfil. The contract duration will be for a period of three years, with the option to extend for a further two years. STAR Tenant Satisfaction Survey

Merthyr Valleys Homes is a stock transfer organisation that owns and manages around 4,100 homes for rent across the County Borough of Merthyr Tydfil. It is Wales’ first tenant and employee mutual housing association.

Merthyr Valleys Homes is looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced consultant to undertake a tenant satisfaction survey using the STAR methodology for tenants living in Merthyr Tydfil.

4.6 For the avoidance of doubt, failure to supply any of the information listed

below may result in a Tendering Organisation’s tender being rejected.

• Assurance that no data will be transferred outside of the EEA.

• Survey length six pages (twelve sides).

• Personalised covering letter to front page.
