This stage is the first stage selection via prelims, cost plan PQQ, and assesssment of project scope to enable Cynnon Taf Community Housing Group as Buyer to evaluate proposals from interested suppliers to shortlist and select a suitable supplier for the delivery of 21no units on the former Tonypandy Primary School in Primrose Street, Tonypandy, RCT. The contract for construction work will be let on a JCT Design and Build Contract (2016) version.
