Answers to submitted questions from RRA
Questions submitted from Renewable Risk Advisers. Answers provided by META.
We need copies of the agreement/lease between MHPA and META. A ‘Bridging Document’ will be provided to developers to ensure developers are fully aware of and sign up to MHPA operating procedures and we can share this with the successful bidder.
We need a copy of the TCE lease to META. Our Phase 2 lease is still being drafted and we can share a draft copy with the successful bidder. We can also share the HOT’s document.
We need the values of those MHPA assets at the Phase 1 locations that will be used in Phase I ie jetties wharves etc? We have requested this from MHPA.
We assume that there are no asset values in Phase 2? There may be cardinal marker buoys and equipment.
We need a copy of the lease template META will use with the Tenants. We will provide the draft contract documentation to the successful bidder.
Please give us an indication of the number of tenants and their activity. We would indicate that the maximum scenario would be 8 berth holders per year at Phase 2, and most likely would be 5. At Phase 1 we would indicate the maximum scenario would be 30 berth holders per year, but most likely would be 10.
Please reconfirm that you want cover for the assets of MHPA being treated as third party property? We have requested insurance information from MHPA to determine if we need to cover these third party.
