Abstract

The Ser Cymru Team at Aberystwyth University have recently purchase a Luminex 200 reader that will help us evaluate the immune response of cattle to mycobacteria and to other pathogens. We wish to use this platform to evaluate responses of the innate and adaptive branches of the bovine immune response over time.
