Internal & External Communal Area Refurbishment at Awbery House, Buttrills Walk, CF62 8DG

Description of the goods or services required

The project consists of the upgrading of the internal communal areas to include new electrics including new fire detection and sprinkler systems, upgrading door entry systems, flooring, decorating and balustrades. External Communal Area refurbishment will include new pathways, drainage, security gates, fencing and landscaping.

3 Conditions for Participation

3.1

Minimum standards and qualification required

The Supplier will be registered with CHAS or Constructionline.

The Supplier or Sub Contractor will possess Cat B qualification in Asbestos Awareness.

All operatives working on electrical and heating works will be Gas Safe, NICEIC registered - or similar industry approved.

All Suppliers or Sub Contractors will comply with British Standards and Approved Documents for the region.
