Abstract
This project is a key project to be delivered as part of the North Wales Growth Deal (now Ambition North Wales).The Growth Deal is a partnership between the public sector and the private sector, supported by funding from UK Government and Welsh Government.
The Growth Deal builds on the Growth Vision for North Wales, adopted in 2016: “a confident, cohesive region with sustainable economic growth, capitalising on the success of high value economic sectors and our connection to the economies of the Northern Powerhouse & Ireland.”

Social Value Delivery Reminder & Bidder Engagement Session
Dear Tenderer,
As part of the Invitation to Tender (ITT) Pack that has been issued for the tender that you are interested in bidding for, please be mindful that Social Value Delivery is a mandatory requirement and carries 15% of the overall evaluation weighting.
Within the Tender Response Document Part B, there is clear instructions on how to register on the Social Value Portal and how social value will be evaluated.
With just over a week left before the tender response deadline has elapsed, can I remind you to register on the Social Value Portal as a matter of urgency by following the weblink within the social value section within the Tender Response Part B document.
The University has arranged a Social Value - Bidder Engagement Session at 2.00pm until 3.00pm tomorrow (3rd October 2023) to support Tenderers in how to register and to provide general advice on how to submit a social value delivery proposal. Please send an email to a.staples@glyndwr.ac.uk BEFORE 1.45pm tomorrow to Register for the event so a TEAMS LINK can be sent to you in advance of the meeting.
