Abstract

Careers Wales is a public sector organisation with over 600 staff located across 40 offices and centres throughout Wales providing impartial and bilingual careers information, advice, and guidance services to people of all ages in Wales. Careers Wales recognises the importance of learning and development for its employees and is committed to providing a range of learning opportunities and resources to support their professional growth and performance. Careers Wales currently uses a Learning Management System (LMS), which hosts and delivers eLearning courses, webinars, and other learning activities for its staff. Therefore, Careers Wales is seeking to procure and implement a new LMS that is more modern, user-friendly, and integrated, and that meets the organisation's learning and development needs. The new LMS should also support multilingual functionality, allowing users to access the system and the learning content in both English and Welsh languages. Contract value: £100,000 approximately, over a 3 year period, with a 1 year extension. 1. Tenders for this work can be submitted in Welsh 2. Tenders submitted in Welsh will not be treated less favourably than those submitted in English. 3. The closing dates for the Tender will be the same for those submitted in Welsh and English 4. The timetable for responding to the bids in Welsh will be the same as those submitted in English
