Building works in connection with repurposing existing buildings to create new facilities at Chester railway station including:

The creation of a new Customer Service Office facility to include internal CCTV;

Removal and replacement of kitchens;

Removal of existing partitions in accordance with design;

Removal and replacement of flooring;

Internal repair and decoration to walls and ceilings;

A new female WC facility;

All aspects of Mechanical and Electrical refurbishment to include new sockets, lighting, heating, ventilation, air conditioning and fire safety.

Drainage connections and external HVAC system works;

Conform to Landlords and Listed Building Consents.
