Total quantity or scope of tender
The tender is in 2 lots, you can can bid for either / or both if you so wish.
Lot 1 -NVQs / Competence-based Qualifications in the Workplace
Coleg Gwent is seeking expressions of interest from private training providers (including those that are self-employed), and employer training academies or learning and development teams, for delivery and partnering opportunities that would add further capacity to our training offer and increase the range of support the College can provide through fully and part-funded training programmes.
The College is particularly interested in expressions of interest from providers delivering NVQs, or that are able to deliver NVQs, to employers in any sector primarily within the Gwent area (Blaenau Gwent, Caerphilly, Monmouthshire, Newport and Torfaen) in the workplace.
It may suit: providers already delivering NVQ-only to employers in our region that would benefit from part-funding to enable their clients to do more; providers already delivering apprenticeship frameworks to employers in our region where that employer would benefit from NVQ-only delivery to some of its workforce; employers delivering NVQs to their workforce or using specialist providers to deliver those services where collaboration could be explored.
By working together, we can open up learning opportunities for employers and their workforce, as well as harness opportunities for the ambitious young people progressing through our college
