Abstract

The successful Contractor will be required to provide Window Cleaning Services to various premises throughout the borough as detailed in this document. In satisfying this requirement they shall operate a fully managed Window Cleaning service, which will meet the requirements identified in the Specification below The contractor shall provide Window cleaning Services for a wide range of building in the Melin Homes Portfolio. The contract will be award to one contractor who will be responsible in providing a service over 4 local authority areas; Torfaen, Monmouthshire, Newport and Blaenau Gwent. There are three (3) types of property included in this tender and the specification of window cleaning for each type is as below: Melin Homes Office Sheltered Accommodation General Housing Melin Homes Office – 2 buildings in one location. Melin Homes - Window Cleaning Services Contract

2.2 Description of the contract

The contractor shall provide Window cleaning Services for a wide range of building in the Melin Homes Portfolio. The contract will be award to one contractor who will be responsible in providing a service over 4 local authority areas; Torfaen, Monmouthshire, Newport and Blaenau Gwent.

There are three (3) types of property included in this tender and the specification of window cleaning for each type is as below:

Sheltered Accommodation

General Housing
