Welsh and English are treated equally in public services across Wales. There is a requirement for bidders of the framework to recognise this and respond to an individual’s language of choice, Welsh or English, and is therefore seeking to appoint to the Framework Agreement coaches and facilitators who can deliver interventions in Welsh and/or English. The framework will be divided into four lots to accommodate this.
