Abstract
Transport for Wales (TfW) has a Social and Commercial Development Plan aimed at bringing under-utilised or disused spaces at stations back into use for social and commercial purposes. TfW is now delivering Phase two of the programme, which has been separated into a number of Lots, this tender is in relation to Lot One North and includes three stations; Llandrindod wells, Llanelli and Hereford.
The buildings at each station typically require building fabric refurbishment inclusive of mechanical and electrical works to bring the station buildings back into use.
