Office Cleaning Services & Soft Facilities Management Services at Qualifications Wales office on the outskirts of Newport. This is broken down into three lots:

Lot 1. Office Cleaning Service

Lot 2. Waste Collection and Recycling Service

Lot 3. Pest Control Service

Bidders may bid for any or all of the Lots.

QW occupies a single office site, the ground floor within Q2 Building in Imperial Park, Newport. Qualifications Wales occupies 11,329 square feet within the Q2 building and are not responsible for any communal or external areas of the building. Currently we have an evening cleaning service – Monday to Friday. We have two cleaners operating from 17:00 – 19:00.
