Description of the contract
CSP wish to procure the services of a property land surveyor and/or agent to support CSP in the identification of a preferred route in collaboration with other CSP contracted specialists and with landowners and their representatives to:
Route Planning and Landowner Introduction:-
Identify landowners and their agents along potential landfall and onshore cable routes
Introduce them to CSP and the project by suppling information provided by CSP.
Support the development team made up of CSP and their specialist consultants with insight and intelligence gleaned from 4.1 and 4.2 and other constraint sources to help identify the preferred onshore cable option route.
Pre-submission Phase:-
Provide Full Land Referencing Service & Statutory Plans for all routes identified by CSP Support survey access for walk over and intrusive surveys along shortlisted and preferred route.
NB at this time CSP cannot guarantee any shortlisted routes will follow the routes shown in Figure 3 as new routes may be identified following surveys.
Engagement and Consultation with landowners, affected parties and local stakeholders as a result of any correspondence sent or events held.
Attendance at consultation events and meetings.
Support the commercial negotiations with landowners and other interested parties along the preferred cable route location with a view to securing heads of terms and option agreements.
Support any statutory requirements associated with the consent management process.
Provide professional support to the CSP project development team on updating budget and project scheduling information.
Pre-Examination Phase (if required):-
Update land referencing
Service of notices (issue and dealing with returns and site notices & any onsite checks)
Preparation of Compulsory Acquisition schedule (if required)
Reviewing and inputting to responses to relevant representations as and when required
Reporting:-
Reporting and communication with CSP and the project team throughout project life.
